Quilt Sofa by Tacchini
The Quilt Sofa by Tacchini, designed by PearsonLloyd, combines modern simplicity with classic elegance through its unique upholstered style. Its full curves, rounded cushions and deep seat give it an appealing shape, and the vertical stitching on the backrest and armrests provides texture and definition. The linear steel base acts as a subtle contrast to the ample upholstery, making the sofa appear lighter and thus balancing its heavy proportions.
Why it works in the room
A quilt is especially suitable for interiors which aim to combine comfort with subtle design details since its deep seat and soft cushions provide a relaxed seating experience and the vertical stitching adds a refined decorative feature without dominating the overall shape. The contrast between the upholstered portion and the sleek steel base means that the chair will fit well in modern living rooms, large lounge areas and in spaces that mix classic references with modern furniture.
For Cyprus interiors
In Cyprus the Quilt Sofa is suitable for use in modern apartments, villas and residential or hospitality spaces which have been professionally designed. Thanks to its ample seating and well-balanced proportions it is an ideal option for open-plan living areas, and the steel base together with the custom upholstery matches well with materials such as natural stone, timber and glass. Whether it is situated in a private living room or in a refined hospitality lounge, the Quilt provides a thoughtful blend of comfort, texture and contemporary Italian design.
