Victoria Sofa by Tacchini
The Victoria Sofa by Tacchini, which was designed by the Lebanese design partnership David/Nicolas, is a modular seating system that blends a majestic style with modern versatility. It includes a variety of pieces such as armchairs, corner units, chaise longues, ottomans and side tables, thus providing a wide range of configuration options to meet the requirements of different rooms. A special tubular base gives the upholstered modules the effect of being almost suspended, with this base extending into the backrests to create a crown-like feature that characterises the design. Low tables that match the sofa reflect its structure and upholstery, and have mirrored tops which add a sophisticated finish.
Why it works in the room
Victoria is especially suitable for use in interior spaces where the seating is intended to form a unified and flexible arrangement. Because of its modular design, the layout can be adjusted to match the dimensions of the room, whether you are arranging a small seating area or setting up a larger one for entertaining. The raised base adds a sense of visual lightness, and the crown-like detail on the backrest gives the sofa its own distinct character. When the seating is matched with the corresponding tables, the result is a thoughtfully put-together composition that achieves a balance between comfort and decorative value.
For Cyprus interiors
In Cyprus the Victoria Sofa is suitable for modern apartments, large villas and residential or hospitality interiors which have been professionally designed. Its versatile arrangements mean that it is especially useful in open-plan living areas, executive lounges and the reception areas of boutique hotels. The combination of ample upholstery, sculptural details and mirrored surfaces matches well with interiors that include natural stone, glass and warm timber, thus producing a refined atmosphere with a clear contemporary character.
