Description
Convivium by Cattelan Italia
Cattelan Italia’s Convivium merges the neat proportions of an elegant console with the functionality of a full-size extendable table; it features an ingenious system of extensions and supports which enables it to change from an entrance or hallway console into a large dining table of up to three metres in length, according to the model chosen. The fact that it has this two-in-one design means that Convivium is a refined option for interiors in which flexibility and efficient use of space are important.
Why it works in the room
Convivium is well suited to changing requirements and does not need a large permanent dining table. In its compact form it offers a useful surface for use in the entrance, hallway or living area, and the extendable feature enables it to deal with guests whenever extra dining space is required. After the event has ended it goes back to its console shape, thus helping to keep the room open and organised.
For Cyprus interiors
Convivium is especially useful in connection with the interior design of apartments, holiday homes and regular residences when there is sometimes a need for extra dining space. It enables you to maintain your ordinary living areas as spacious as possible while at the same time being prepared for family get-togethers, celebrations and hosting guests. This versatility also means that it is a attractive option for modern interiors in which individual pieces of furniture are expected to have more than one function.
